Privacy Policy

Last updated October 26, 2026. This policy explains what information MH Command Pro collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Who we are

MH Command Pro ("MH Command Pro", "we", "us") provides customer relationship management software for manufactured and mobile home dealers, investors, wholesalers, and park operators at mhcommand.com (the "Service"). Questions about this policy can be sent to [email protected].

Information we collect

Account information. When you sign up we collect your name, business name, email address, and (optionally) phone number. Passwords are handled by our authentication provider and are never stored by us in readable form.

Google sign-in. If you choose to sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google. We use them only to create and identify your account.

Business data you enter. This includes your inventory, photos, contacts, leads, deals, financing records, tasks, and documents.

Information submitted through your public pages. When a buyer or seller uses one of your listing pages or lead forms, we collect what they submit (such as name, phone, email, and message) and store it in your account as a lead.

Payment information. Subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe; we do not receive or store full card numbers.

Technical information. Our servers record standard log data such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, which we use for security and troubleshooting. The app stores your sign-in session and a few display preferences in your browser's local storage. We do not use third-party advertising or analytics trackers.

How we use information

To provide, maintain, and secure the Service and your account.
To process subscriptions and billing.
To send service emails, such as new-lead alerts and account and billing notices.
To send setup tips and trial reminders. You can unsubscribe from these at any time using the link in the email; account and lead-alert emails continue.
To respond to support requests and improve the Service.
To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use the data in your account to market to your customers.

Your customers' information

Information about your buyers, sellers, and other contacts belongs to you. We store and process it on your behalf to provide the Service, and we do not contact your customers or share their information except as needed to operate the Service or as required by law. You are responsible for having the right to collect and use that information, including any consent required to call, text, or email the people in your account.

Service providers we share information with

We use trusted providers to run the Service. They receive only what they need to perform their function:

Supabase — database and account authentication
Render — application hosting
Cloudflare — website hosting, network security, and file storage (such as photos and documents)
Stripe — subscription payments
Resend — email delivery
Google — sign-in, if you choose to use it

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect the rights and safety of our users or others, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case this policy will continue to apply to your information.

Google user data

MH Command Pro's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We request only your basic profile (name, email address, and profile picture) and use it solely to sign you in and identify your account.

Data retention and deletion

We keep your information while your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing [email protected]. When an account is deleted, we delete its data, including stored photos and documents, except records we must keep for legal, tax, or billing purposes. Homes you archive in the app are deleted automatically after 90 days.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS, access to each account's data is separated from every other account, and access to production systems is restricted. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify you as required by law if a breach affects it.

Your choices and rights

You can review and update most of your information directly in the app. You can request a copy or deletion of your information, or ask questions about how it is used, by emailing [email protected]. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws, and we will honor them.

Children

The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the new version here with an updated date and, where appropriate, notify you by email.
