Terms of Service

Last updated October 26, 2026. These terms govern your use of MH Command Pro. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them.

The Service

MH Command Pro ("we", "us") provides web-based software for managing manufactured and mobile home inventory, leads, deals, financing, documents, and related business tasks at mhcommand.com (the "Service").

Your account

You must provide accurate information, be at least 18, and have authority to bind the business you register. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account, including activity by users you add to it.

Free trial

New accounts may include a free trial. At the end of the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription. We may change or end trial offers at any time.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe at the prices shown when you subscribe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change prices with advance notice by email; changes take effect at your next billing period.

Your data

You own the data you put into the Service, including information about your customers. You grant us permission to host, process, and display it only as needed to provide and support the Service. You are responsible for your data and for complying with laws that apply to how you collect and use it — including privacy, fair housing, and telemarketing and texting laws (such as obtaining any consent required before calling or texting a lead). Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for anything unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive, or to send spam.
• Upload content you don't have the right to use, or that is harmful or infringing.
• Attempt to access other customers' data, probe or disrupt the Service, or bypass its security or usage limits.
• Resell or copy the Service, or use it to build a competing product.

Documents, templates, and calculators

Contract templates, calculators, and guides are provided for convenience and general information only. They are not legal, tax, or financial advice and may not fit your state or situation. Have an attorney in your state review any contract before you use it.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but it may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance or reasons beyond our control. We may improve, change, or discontinue features over time.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or fail to pay. After termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days, after which we may delete it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If changes are material, we will post them here with a new date and notify you by email. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept them.
